The Sayuri Online Academy is part of “Sayuri Healing Food” brand offering raw vegan courses online on www.sayurionlineacademy.com.

What is it?

The Sayuri Online Academy Affiliate Program allows you to be an advocate for Sayuri’s Cooking courses online offered on www.sayurionlineacademy.com and make a commission on each new paying subscriber that enrols for the online courses through you.

What do I do as an affiliate?

You'll get a unique referral link after your application as Sayuri Online Academy affiliate has been approved by our team. Whenever you tell a potential new client about any of the online courses presented on www.sayurionlineacademy.com, just use that link, and we will take care of the rest. You can provide the link through a number of ways, including through your own promotional website, e-mail campaigns, social media posts, blogs, videos, and even text messages, so long as you comply with applicable laws and our policies when doing so. When a new customer purchases any of the online courses presented on www.sayurionlineacademy.com, you'll receive a commission.

What do we expect from affiliates?

We expect affiliates to act as advocates and ambassadors of the Sayuri Healing Food brand. This includes having an understanding and knowledge of online courses presented on www.sayurionlineacademy.com. Affiliates must follow the brand usage guidelines which include proper use of “Sayuri Healing Food” and appropriate display of brand logos. Customer service is one of our top priorities. With that in mind, there are a number of rules that each affiliate must follow as explained in the legal terms below.

What do we do to help affiliates be successful?

We will provide the Guidelines for brand usage as well as all the detailed information with a photo gallery about the Products (online courses), which you can use to share and promote the Products to your followers.

We will send you updates of the latest improvements to our Products as well as information about updates to the Products to help potential clients choose our Products.

The Sayuri Online Academy Affiliate Referral Program Agreement

This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the Sayuri Online Academy Affiliate Program. In this agreement, the term "Affiliate" refers to you (the applicant). In this agreement, “Sayuri Online Academy” refers to Sayuri Online Academy created by Sayuri Healing Food brand, with whom you are entering this agreement. By applying to the Sayuri Online Academy Affiliate Program you are confirming that you have read the agreement and agree to the terms and conditions.

Commissions

For a sale to generate a commission to an Affiliate, the customer must complete the order form and remit full payment for the product. Commissions will only be paid on sales that are made when the customer clicks through qualified, correctly structured Affiliate links. Properly coded links are the sole responsibility of the affiliate. Commissions can be viewed on the Affiliate Dashboard. As an Affiliate of the Affiliate Referral Program, we will provide you with access to the Affiliate Referral Program Dashboard using your log-in credentials. There, you can see a summary report for all new subscriptions directed from your Link.

Payment

The base commission for any affiliate is ten percent (20%) of the monthly revenue received from such customers. Approved commissions will be payable to you within 90 days of the end of each calendar month. We will pay you your affiliate commission through your PayPal account minus PayPal transactions fee.

Refunds

In the event a customer requests a refund for a transaction for which the Affiliate has earned commissions, any commissions earned on the refund amount will be deducted from the Affiliate’s balance.

Term and Termination

Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other at least five (5) days written notice of termination.

If the Affiliate terminates the agreement, no further commissions from us will be paid for any past or future customer transactions.

Representations and Warranties

Each of us hereby represents and warrants to the other that:
a. it has full power and authority to enter into this Agreement and to perform its obligations hereunder;
b. it has obtained all permits, licenses, and other governmental authorizations and approvals required for its performance under this Agreement;
c. it will perform its obligations in compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to its activities pursuant to this Agreement.

Modification

We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but not limited to changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures, and Affiliate Program rules.

Affiliate Promotional Materials

Affiliate will conduct its business and activities in a manner that promotes a good, positive image and reputation for Sayuri Healing Food brand and Sayuri Online Academy and our Products / Services.

Use of Sayuri Healing Food Trademarks

Affiliate will not modify the Marks in any manner, incorporate any of the Marks into any other trademark or service mark, or combine the Marks with any other words, logos, designs, service marks, or trademarks. Affiliate will comply with any trademark usage guidelines and instructions provided by Sayuri Healing Food in connection with Affiliate’s use of the Marks.

We will have the right to review and monitor Affiliate’s use of the Marks.

Affiliate will at all times maintain a high level of quality of used branded material.

We each reserve all rights, titles, and interests in our respective intellectual property rights (e.g., patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights). Use of Marks except as set forth herein is strictly prohibited.

You are free to promote what you deem appropriate on your own website(s), platforms, social media but any promotions by Affiliates that mention Sayuri Online Academy (“Sayuri Healing Food” brand) should never contravene promotional laws in their location.

Restricted Activities

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Affiliate will not:

use any inappropriate form of promotional, marketing, or advertising activity with your Link or Affiliate Site, which includes the use of any misleading hyperlinks and making any false, misleading, or disparaging representations or statements with regard to Sayuri Healing Food and the Product / Services;
engage in any unfair or deceptive trade practice involving the Product / Services;
include or provide for in any Affiliate Site any page, screen, or social media platform that contains content that: advocates discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age; promotes or engages in illegal activities, violates intellectual property rights of third parties, or contains or promotes deceptive information;
use any Marks to mislead potential new subscribers into believing you are endorsed or employed by Sayuri Healing Food;
use the string “Sayuri Healing Food” or “Sayuri Online Academy” for any website domain name;
spam or send bulk-emails including Links;
use of unsolicited commercial email, postings to non-commercial newsgroups, and cross-posting to multiple newsgroups at once;
make or authorize any proposal, representation, warranty, guarantee, or communication relating to the Services that is inconsistent with ActiveCampaign’s standard terms and policies, or that has not been approved or otherwise authorized by Sayuri Healing Food team in writing.
you may not advertise in any way that effectively hides or misrepresents your own identity, your domain name, or your email address. In any direct marketing messages sent by the Affiliate, the Affiliate must identify itself and its contact details.
